One Month Old!

Tink was one month old on Sunday! I can't believe it's been a month already. Part of me feels like we just came home from the hospital, and the other part of me can't imagine not having her as part of our lives. We still feel really new at most things, but we're loving every minute of it. We went to the doctor yesterday, and she weighs 7 pounds, 14 ounces and is 22 inches long. She also got a Hepatitis B vaccine, which was NO fun! Nana (my Mom) came with us because R is out of town, and was not thrilled about the shot, either. We survived, though, and after a pretty rough afternoon and evening, are doing better today. We even went out to eat this evening and she was GREAT! We are so spoiled :) Here she is with her elephant - we're going to take a picture with it every month so we can see how much she's growing. . .

Rub a Dub Dub

Last weekend, we gave Tink her first bath! We were much more excited than she was, as you can see, but she survived, and her second experience was much more pleasant than the first. Both Nana and Grandma suggested a bath sponge, which made things much less stressful for us both! Baths are one of my favorite things, so I hope that as she gets older, she'll grow to appreciate them as much as I do - I would hate for her to miss out on the joys of bath bombs and bubble bars from Lush (my favorite place to buy bath goodies). Enjoy the pics, we hope to post our first video soon!

Funny Faces

I can't believe it's been almost three weeks! Things are going really well - everyone is happy and healthy! In case you didn't already know, we were picture crazy before Tinkerbell's arrival - now we're completely out of control! Here are some fun ones we took last week :)

Happy Easter!

OK, I know we missed Easter by almost two weeks, but we were sure Tinkerbell would be here by then and made plans to take some really cute pictures! We even dyed eggs the Saturday before. When she arrived the Thursday after, we decided it was close enough and took the pictures anyway :) We had no idea how difficult taking pictures of a newborn would be! Especially with the props R insisted on (he's really getting into this photography thing, which is tons of fun!) Luckily, we had family here and it took ALL of us helping to make it work (thanks, guys!) This was also her first time to wear a dress, which I loved! Thanks, Kel, for such a cute one. Enjoy!
