The Pioneer Woman

Who knew that Ree was from Bartlesville? So fun! Check out her latest post for a knock-off recipe from one of our favorite places

One Month Old

My little man is already one month old! We've had quite the first month - lots of friends and family came to visit, we had a big snow, and both kids battled RSV. J had several firsts this month - his first party (a Sip and See hosted by some very sweet friends), first tub bath, first trip to church, and first Valentine's Day. Things got a little crazy with R out of town and me at home with two sick kids, but thanks to lots of prayer and some good friends, we survived.
We didn't have a one month visit to the doctor, but at three weeks, he weighed in at 8lbs 15oz - just under nine pounds! This kid is definitely an eater :) He's doing better on a daytime schedule and is sleeping between night time feedings, which I am quite thankful for. He's also starting to make eye contact and smile, which is a lot of fun!
